• Project features:
    • World-class arena, home of the NHL® team the Montreal Canadiens.
    • The Montreal Canadiens have one of the best ice rinks in the NHL®. The water
composition used to produce the ice rink is governed by strict requirements. Unfit
water could make the ice unstable for players, create too much snow, or make the ice
cloudy, making it harder for fans to see advertisers’ logos underneath it.
    • Limited space available to add new equipment in the Zamboni room.
  • Solution provided:
    • Fully automated custom system recycling melted ice from Zambonis, to reuse it again
      for ice resurfacing.
    • High output of 75 liters per minute to accelerate Zambonis refilling.
    • The team scores additional savings through lower operational costs of the ice
      refrigeration system.
    • Rounding out the hat trick is the players benefiting from harder ice that creates less
snow and makes it easier to see the lines and logos.
